To Pimp a Butterfly is a classic. Vlad you really don't understand black culture, hip hop and the struggle if you can't understand how to pimp a butterfly.
I'm white, honestly I'm not big on TPAB, but tbh unless you are black, nobody will fully understand the struggle that most if not all blacks have gone through because they aren't them. believe it or not whites go through a certain type of struggle too (usually if you're mid - low income class). but nobody will fully understand our race's struggle unless you are it or experienced it 100%. But we can try to educate each other and future generations about the struggles so those other people can possibly fully understand the struggle each race faces or has faced in the past.

Justus Equality odee🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
Cass is smart good answer
Vlad thinks he's an artist.
Vlad is suspect! Have you notice he's always patronizing black rappers like an interrogation but glorifying his opinions and never show his face.
Almost everyone has mentioned Nas's beat picking choices. it has always been under criticism on the internet.
LMAO
Vlad clearly got kicked out from somewhere by Nas, and got invited to somewhere else by Eminem
2nd childhood is a cold ass beat
The message.. gave u power.. ether.. hella shit
Skol TV Hell yeah,, Even the Stilmatic intro beat is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
@@Jband1017 stillmatic intro is fucking amazing song
every ghetto, intro stillmatic, ether, 2nd childhood, you're da man, one mic, got urself a.... PLENTY OF HARD BEATS IDK WHAT VLAD TALKIN BOUT. U TRIPPIN VLAD.
Vlad is a white man from Russia 🇷🇺 hip hop production is something that’s outside the realm of his comprehension ✅
CrossWood Productions you trying to be smart but it’s an epic fail considering Vlad called himself a white guy from Russia who loves hip hop culture 🤔 #Idiot
@CrossWood Productions You do realize there's A LOT of Afro Russians right? Russian isn't a race ya dumb fool
Exactly!
Facts this nigga didn't like to pimp a butterfly, he said it didn't connect!!😂😂😂 GTFOH
Cassidy was right about the role of the A&R. Vlad stay slandering Nas. Who is he to judge production, when arguably, Nas straight out the gate had three classic albums? You're not doing that with piss-poor production. He's worked with the best...the same producers he's bigged up on here. Can't wait for Budden to snuff him at Complex.
LaTonya Darrisaw Word up. Lmao. Did this man not hear Lost Tapes? Those beats still sound fresh.
LaTonya Darrisaw the record companies just create the "stars" of today or just groom people from Disney and such.. they need A&R people out scouting talent and watching live situations to get a feel for what the streets think is hot instead of programming people by playing the same 40 songs 12 times a day to program people into "liking" the new stuff. Everything is SHIT, even the Pop and R&B "stars" are mostly with Autotune and background vocals! Today's music is shit overall amd it's sad because it could help keep these kids out of trouble... but that's exactly what they DON'T want
Illmatic , it was written, stillmatic all classics I loved them but if you count all the other albums he has more bad albums than good ones cause the beats were garbage..
@@marvinallen7117 Life Is Good was amazing. The other albums I can see.
@@LoneStarVII I agree with you but only a true nas fan would appreciate life is good but for these new age ppl that album would be garbage, me personally I appreciate that album not his best work but it's good
Lmao why is this guy obsessed with Nas fam
So Cassidy just destroyed Vlad point of view!!
How? Nas’s beat selection after Illmatic was wack, if Illmatic had wack beats on it wouldn’t have blown up like it did
@@infamous41st3
It was written
Stillmatic
Lost tapes
God's son
Life is good
Hip hop is dead

Name me the bad beats from these
what would vlad do without that black mans creativity he can give his opinion. blood sucker
FILA cut that boy a check. Cass be clean
Here for Cassidy 2019 Rap battle!
We bout to witness a murder in ATL...

Nas is Like, Affirmative Action, Hold Down the Block, 2nd Childhood, Ether, Rewind, Still Dreamin', Got Urself a Gun, Ur Da Man, Live Nigga Rap, the list goes on 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Montre Anderson hold down the block seriously slapping
Montre Anderson Affirmative Action >>>>

idk jadakiss is my favorite rapper but i think his beat select sucks sometimes
andre wood jada got better beats on mixtapes than he do on albums
Atleast its his own flow. Jada top 5 doa easy
andre wood true, but Nas first three albums, most beats was dope. Still magic was dope? Gods son was dope, fuck is vlad talking about
yepp he pushed out Dame Grease and had they left him wooo!!! it would have been fire!!
the worst beat pickers of all time are the OUTLAWZ, it always kills me to see people leave them out this conversation...
The look on Cassidy 's face when Vlad said that is priceless. I thought my phone froze 😂
how was *it was written*, not a classic?
Adriano definitely a classic could be better than Illmatic lyrically if u break down the songs Street Dreams Gave You Power take it in blood black girl lost 🤦🏿♂️ classic songs idk wtf Vlad Talkin about
@@Frank_Iszo87 no album he had was better than illmatic period
@@marvinallen7117 Doesn't mean Nas only have one classic. That's crazy to say
@@prodigyhavoc2809 I never said that was his only classic
@@prodigyhavoc2809 he had 3 classics illmatic, it was written and stillmatic
What's the gripe with Nas? About 3 beat videos about his beat picking, then have his BM up there? Shit looking wild gay
Capz MC facts
Cassidy reciting that Nas verse though! Great knows great.
He did a Chicken he did a Wolf! LMAO
that shit was funny as hell!!
I died when he said that😂😂😂😭😭😭
Just seeing this shit I was dead 🤣🤣🤣
Cassidy spitting the real right here!
Cassidy can relate 😂 BARS IS BACK!!
"Who can rap, though?" -Cassidy 2017
Cass has a great points.. i love his passion bout hip hop
#MKOT
Cassidy droppin REAL BOMBS!!!
The beats on "Illmatic" & "Stillmatic" were SUPERIOR over "I Am" & "Nastradamus".......
"It Was Written" was a little commercial, but had mad substance! But Nas is STILL a top ten lyricist!
ERIC EPPS imo the only comercial beats on it was written were the singles, re listen to the album and youll see the majority of the beats were grittier than illamtic
Vlad the type to present a argument to someone and when he realize nobody agree with him he keep bringing it up to each person he meet hoping they agree...dude you comments are subjective let it go
I wish i could sit down with Vlad and give hime the business on this Nas topic... Made you Look... One Mic... If I ruled the word... Hate Me Now... Phone Tap.... come on Vlad.... Adam & Eve.... chill fam
Facts bro ! This topic is disrespectful to nas
Your selection is much more mainstream, there are beats on tracks like Foul Breeze, Memory Lane, Deja Vu, You da Man, Purple, Rest of My Life, Nas Is Coming, We Will Survive, Not Going Back, Queens Get The Money, Project Windows etc. Those are the best beats I've ever heard in rap.
@@ducekong7878 Also disrespectful to DJ Premier cuz he put down sum Liiivvee Beat$ for Nas
Life's a bitch
Wtf would he say about kings disease.. he's a str8 clown
This weirdo does interviews to hear his own opinion... smh
hats off to Cassidy for shutting this topic down.
Damn, Cassidy broke this down the best! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. A legendary rapper for real
To Pimp a Butterfly is a classic. Vlad you really don't understand black culture, hip hop and the struggle if you can't understand how to pimp a butterfly.
Zarati de Paz im black and i aint feel it too music is music.
Clockwork You like Jazz/Soul/Funk?
If not, then that's why you don't like it.
SanAntoBalla Word.
Made David Bowie wanna came with one last hurrah.
But we can try to educate each other and future generations about the struggles so those other people can possibly fully understand the struggle each race faces or has faced in the past.
he did the chicken he did the wolf 😂😂😂😂 cass a fool
Hahahahahhah! You are the real fool for pointing that and making my black ass laugh at that again.
🤣🤣🤣
So the fuck what
That shit was legendary! He said so da fuck what? Where’s the bars? 🤣🤣🤣💀💀💀 Cassidy da 🐐
That’s facts!! Cass right 💯. If his fan base love his beats it’s cool. Vlad likes the same sound that’s hot not different or difficult
°Ether°Mastermind°The Cross???? Those beats went with his lyrics perfectly and of course there's many more. Just picked a few of my faves after Illmatic. He be gettin on Cass nerves with his crazy talk lol
Tony Brown forreal The Cross was crazy produced by Eminem Vlad is really trippin, that song perfectly fit his style. Also, you're da man, second childhood, hustlers, still dreaming there's so many classics
Tony Brown ether beat is not that dope
DAGTV ok if that's how you feel but it's been used quite a few times. May not be hot to you but must be at least warm to others lol
***** exactly man. So many along with AZ & solo.
Tony Brown Cas tone sounds like he was gonna hook-off
