You can check peoples play data if they have all 5 qq bang they are cheating, if they have black eyes on there cac they are a modder, if they have ss3 hair in the lobby. If you see them on ranked close application and restart the game before you start a match only do this to cheaters. Some modder names to avoid are Gohan blanco, e3ez3r, sneaking ryu.
D3vilman is one to avoid on Switch.
Fun Fact: Frost demons DO have a real stamina break combo that even works online. In their tri+squ+tri+squ+tri combo, you can stamina break if you light stamina break the moment you reappear
