    Naya Nazimabad is a very good society in karachi no comparison of saima and other project .

      Their lease Is pending But approved from SBCA AND LDA WHICH IS ENOUGH FOR AUTHENTICATION OF THE PROPERTY

    NTR ki street size 24 feet hay physicaly 20 ft hay aajao to dekhadun koi road inka seedha nahi hay

    Awam muhtat rahen in sub project ki zameen Poultry Farms ki ha issi liey Sindh Government in projects ko koee bhi rehaeshi facilities nahi daiy gi na pani ki na gas ki na electric ki saholat daiy gi jo is may invest karna chahta ha khud ja kar Saima Arabian kay rehaeshio say poch lay jo in projects may invest kar kay phans chukay ha in ko pani gas aur bijli tuk mayasser nahi dosray KAD aur SBCA ka koee bhi Government document issue nahi kia yaha tuk kay in ka naqsha bhi pas nahi kia gaya sirf builders kay documents ha jin ki koee qanoni hasiyat nahi yai sub fraudiay ha awam in say hoshiyar rahey in projects kay rehaeshio ko leased bhi nahi milay gi ku kay yai tamam zameen rehaeshi ha hi nahi

      Wrong....shayed aaap saima afford nhi kar sakty and may be aap aap North town mein reh rahey hain aur apney aap ko tasallliii dy rahey hain

      Saima builder will not give you lease and gas......saima allotees don't have any legal document...
      Saima Bridge view is an example in front of you.......

      North town I have seen. It is a very good society.... and much better than saima Arabian.... saima Arabian construction is very low quality.....

      Saima mein Quality of development bohat aachi hai...2) road infrastructure GFS ka bekar hai 3) electricity problem kunda system hai GFS mein 4) normal road 20 to 25 feet hai 5) bekar society hai gfs as compare to saima...
      No comparision.... samia ka comparison aaap NyaNazimabad sy karty tu valid thaaa
      Mera GFS mein plot hai aur mein yeh baaat kar raha hnnn....
