Is the formula you are supplementing with dairy based? The eczema could be caused from that. Usually with dairy intolerance rashes can be on the torso.
The best thing to do for eczema is to go with gentle products. Nothing should be used that contains perfumes such as johnson & johnsons. Look for products such as Aveeno, Cetaphil or Dermaveen in both lotions and bath products. He should also have short warm baths instead of long and hot, long hot baths are drying to the skin and will flare the area more. Its important to keep the skin hydrated so if you can moisture multiple times per day you should notice change. You can also ask your doctor for a gentle steroid cream which can be used sparingly for up to one week at a time. As far as his clothes go, cotton is the best thing as wool and other things can be scratchy and cause further irritation. You can also buy a sensitive washing powder to wash his clothes in. Sorry for the information overload I am a Dermatology Nurse so I see babies with bad eczema all the time. Jackson is so cute x

I don't know if anyone said this already, and I know I'm watching this video WAY after you've posted it, but if Jackson still has eczema it's best to not give him long baths! Both of my siblings had eczema until they were teenagers and doctors always told us not to let them sit in long hot baths (the hot water can make the eczema worse). (I'm also a nursing assistant and know a lot about skin conditions) If he is really itchy give him a warm (not too warm, almost on the cooler side, but still a comfortable temperature) oatmeal bath for 10-20 minutes to ease his itching. They gave her a prescription cream, but we've only had to use it once now that we completely switched brands. my daughter had a rash under her neck and chin from drool and moisture the best way to get it to clear and dry up was to put desitine baby rash cream. i just put a small layer in between her neck and chin and it protected it from breaking out or itching..
one time I was in Florida and my mom decided to go to tory birch and she kept on returning the wallet and when we went back home she said I should of got the black one! And I said it is just a wallet! She got mad at me and didnt talk to me for the rest of the day
