Purchase Order Automation from BidZ.ai from the Quotations submitted by the vendors on the digital procurement platform. Based on the Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Power Generator, vendors have submitted their quotations through the BidZ.ai digital procurement platform. You can view these quotations using our quote viewer for reference and comparison.
There are two quotations submitted by different vendors: Vendor A and Vendor B. By selecting one of these quotations, the BidZ.ai automation engine will generate a purchase order (PO) within 30 seconds. This swift process ensures that procurement decisions are executed quickly and efficiently.
Additionally, the platform provides procurement professionals with the capability to review, edit, and approve the generated purchase order before it is finalized. Once approved, the PO can be sent directly to the selected vendor via the same digital procurement platform.
