Good morning Jackie and Jessie, I wish you had been doing this series when I was just starting out ... but I still think there's lots to be learned. Thanks so much. ❤ 🇨🇦 😊
Again, even though I have been stamping for way more than the 3 years I have been a hobby demonstrator, I always learn something from you. Thank you both for a great class on Ink. I didn't realize the white ink was so different. I have been using it all wrong. Thank you again. Can't wait till the next class.
Hi Jackie and Jesi, I’m watching the replay from Brownstown, MI.. I really love this series that you’re doing. Your explanations are amazing. It’s nice to have a review. I’ve been making cards for over 20 years now and no one has ever explained the different inks as well as you. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and tips with all of us God bless you.
A tip on the black that a lot of people are doing -- buy the white pad that comes with the white reinker. However, instead of using the white reinker to ink it, use the black reinker to ink it and then just put a label on it. Then it has the same feel as your regular colored pads. Then just save your white reinker to reink your original white pad (or buy two).
Have been stamping for years but always learn something new from you! Question: what do you do to put the color dot on your refills so you can see the color they are without trying to read the label?
Honestly I don't, but I think it's because I stamp frequently so they're always sitting there and I don't think about it. You can to help keep the ink at the surface.

It's never too late to learn! I hope we can share some good tips for you throughout the series.

I need to use my Versamark more. Forgot about using it to mimic the paper color. Thanks Jackie.
It's a wonderful way to add dimension to your projects, I'm happy you were reminded!
Just ordered inks, now I know how to re-ink my pads!

Wonderful video series so far - thank you! Do you store ink spots upside down?
Have been stamping for years but always learn something new from you! Question: what do you do to put the color dot on your refills so you can see the color they are without trying to read the label?
I took a piece of the colors cardstock and punched a dot with a small hole punch and attached it with a mini glue dot!
I need to use a spoon open the Stampin' Up stamp pads. They just don't open well for me.
Do you store memento and staz on upside down?
Honestly I don't, but I think it's because I stamp frequently so they're always sitting there and I don't think about it. You can to help keep the ink at the surface.
I wish I new this when I first started. T/y
It's never too late to learn!!
My arthritic basil joints keep me from pressing at the end of the case. :(
I'm sorry to hear you have a hard time opening the ink pads.
