Connections Puzzle #458 🟪🟪🟪🟪 purple things 🟦🟦🟦🟦 jurassic park 🟩🟩🟩🟩 bits of truth 🟨🟨🟨🟨 lot of (money) Purple is my favorite color, so I found this especially fun.
Up to 120 subscribers .... Grats!!! Saw Jurassic Park off the bat, and then the purple being purple was a good chuckle. Have a word list/challenge to go next or just winging it for the time?
Never heard of Grimace, so got Purple by default. Missed seeing the movie Jurassic Park, but intuited that three of the items (Amber, Dinosaur, Paleontologist) belonged together. Realized that mosquitos roamed the earth long ago (and are still with us, drat them), so I called the category "Connected to a Paleo era". Have to use your imagination sometimes in Connections ! As usual, you didn't need to dream up a reason for any of your guesses
Nice clean sweep in Connections today. Easy-peasy. Though if it was up to me the light blue category would have been: TOILET T-REX LAWYER RAIN Fun facts: The digestive juices of the mosquito would have destroyed the DNA. Funny to imagine how something that small can destroy something that big. The pack dinosaurs aren't raptors. Velociraptors are much smaller and more bird-like. They knew that at the time but the official name for that kind of dinosaur wasn't as cool as 'raptor' The oldest human remains have been dated to 233,000 years ago from a recent discovery, so they have a ways to go. Human co-existence with the dinosaurs will be proven when human remains are found within a large ribcage or in fossilized 💩

Both "Amber" and "Mosquitoes" are from millions of years ago, so I'm taking credit for my blue category. ORANJE28 - I am impressed that both ypu and Chris Remo saw "Jurassic Park" right away. I probably should have gotten this category heading since this is one of my favorite movies. But it's been too many years for my brain. I never will forget, however, that first glimpse of the dinosaurs walking around. Magnificent!!

Ive never heard of Grimace so my first attempt had Barney the dinosaur 😂. Worked out that grimace must be purple after that by elimination
