A bit too late to party, but you can rip them out by dumping game's memory and ripping them out from it with some program that searches by file signatures. There is even one song that is unused in game (or is a very secret boss?)

I just recorded them in Audacity at the highest quality I could figure out.

I used a workaround: holding the shot key during a replay pauses the game, but keeps the music going. This way, I was able to record just the music.
