AWS Cost Optimization - Cloudwatch Monitoring and Alarms

Steps Taken:
1. Setting up cloudwatch agent in target server
2. Allowing Connections between EC2 servers and Cloudwatch through IAM
3. Setting up SNS topic and subsctiptions
4. Configuring Alarm on disc usage based on metrics
5. Setting up dashboard in cloudwatch
6. Sharing dashboard to end user
