My suggestions to make this model perfect are---More drawers in kitchens, desk/coffee bar make that into the front closet for the W/D prep/coats and shoes, move the half bath over to where the theater seats are and the theater seats where the half bath is, TV /fireplace on the side wall of the half bath. The master bedroom have a full wall of closet/dresser storage, move toilet where the w/d prep was. Like to know if my floorplan would be doable? :)
My wife also loves the idea of the living room being a little more separated from the kitchen. And have more storage space in the kitchen. Surely your design can be achieved, just missing good ideas. Thank you for your comment.
I totally agree! It can be frustrating when there's not enough space next to the bed or in the bathroom. Designers should definitely consider practicality when creating furniture and fixtures.

Love this! Almost perfect…skip the 1/2 bath and give me a small room for office or crafts.
