    mustard oil / sarsoon ka tail for egg fry - 4 tbsp
    egg / anda - 4 or as required
    mustar oil / sarsoon ka tail - 1/2 cup
    black cardamom/ ellaichi bari - 1
    cinnamon stick / darcheeni - 1
    star anise / badiyan phool - 1
    bay leave / tez paat - 1
    cumin / zeera - 1 tbsp
    onion chopped / piyaz bari - 1
    ginger garlic / adrak lehson - 1 tbsp
    cumin roast & crush / zeera bhuna kuta - 1 tsp heaped
    coriander roast & crush / dhania bhuna kuta - 2 tbsp
    turmeric powder / haldi - 1/2 tsp
    salt / namak
    red chili / laal mirch powder - 1 tsp
    yoghurt / dahi - 4 to 5 tbsp
    chick pea / kabuli pulao - 2 cups
    green chili / hari mirch - 5 to 6
    all spice powder / garam masala - 1/2 tsp
    black peppercorn powder / kali mirch - 1/2 tsp
