do you mean Downpayment for HDB loan: 10% of purchase price using cash/CPF and during collection of KEYS is another 10%? :) not one lump sum of 20% downpayment during signing of lease correct?

One needs to be citizen, another needs to be at least pr or citizen. Otherwise u can try the singles scheme if u are 35 or older
