Hi Nanny…I love soup too, made some a few days ago and lentils will work the magic….BTW, I don’t soak packaged lentils overnight. Your soup looks yummy! Salad does work too . I noticed yesterday how dry my hands are, I had some solid coconut oil that I have used on my hands….if I could only remember to do that!! Thanks for the reminder and look forward to your suggestions on taking care of dry skin!

Nanny I just want to tell you how much I enjoy watching your videos. I only started following you a few months ago. I look forward to every new video. I also go back and watch your older ones especially when I feel a little down, I can always count on your videos to perk me up and change my gloomy mind set back to positive. You just have that affect one me as well as many others, I am sure. You are so upbeat, positive and funny. I do enjoy you talking about anything from your family, the cottage, thrift shopping, clothes, makeup etc. You are such a gracious talented woman, you sew, play the piano, knit, craft, collect treasures and paint! You are a true inspiration! My youngest son, age 31 passed away unexpectedly 3 1/2 years ago, And I have really struggled each day missing him so much. it hurts, But I can say watching your videos has helped me get my mind off of him even if it's for a little while during watching your videos. Getting my mind busy thinking about something else. You are so calming to my mind and heart and that helps with the ongoing pain of his passing. I totally agree , it does not feel or look like Fall except inside my house... sigh... The mornings have been wonderfully cool and really something to get up early for to enjoy... but it quickly warms up.... Always love soup but i'am not as adept at making it as you are.. Dear Nanny, thank you for sharing about your life and wonderful soup recipes that inspire . You looked beautiful today with your lovely blouse and jewellery, earrings, necklace and rings. Before the night is over, I also just want to say, I truly hope I did not offend anyone when I suggested finding another dog as it may be to soon. Please forgive me if I sounded insensitive. For me I just saw an opportunity to bring hope back. At least this is what it has done for me many times when I lost a dear beloved family pet. I too am getting older and my heart breaks every time I have had to say goodbye and mourn the passing of a family pet. I think that for me once my current dog passes, I will not have anymore dogs . When my 13 year old dog Picou passed away in dec 2019, I lost the will to want to live and then three months later in March 8 2020, just before the Covid pandemic officially was announced , the opportunity came about, that I ended up adopting another dog . Also just recently I lost one of my dear cats on august 5 of this year and it was terribly sad and I am still mourning her loss, but once again the opp-ortuni9ty came about that I adopted just recently another cat. For sure they do not replace the other passed animals as all animals have their unique soul and a special place in my heart, but for me , all these animals have given me a reason to also keep hoping and wanting to keep living as I at this point on my life, do not have any family left other than these sweet animals to love and care for. I write this so you understand that my intentions, when I wrote about adopting another dog, were certainly not to hurt of offend anyone and so if I did please forgive me, as I humbly ask for your forgiveness or anyone who read what I wrote and felt hurt by my words. I am truly sorry, In Christ Jesus Always!❤🙏💕

Yum, that soup looks delicious. But then again I am a soup lover, lol. You know why we might have to poop after a I salad bar? I was told (is it true?), that maybe due to restaurants “spray” salad bars with something like “Stay Fresh” to keep the salads looking(?) fresher, crispy longer. So? Just wanted to share that back in 1985 I had an ultrasound showing twins - everyone celebrated and I was in shock! Fast forward to the second trimester and it showed one baby. The doctor explained to me that MANY women have two fetuses and don’t even know it. The weaker of the two sloughs off into the body. Anyway, I was disappointed too, but believe the second just wasn’t meant to be. ❤️
Oh the Souplantation! We still talk about that place - we used to go to the one by Brea Mall all the time. It was our favorite. We think they should bring it back! It was always crowded. Love your soup recipe and enjoy all your videos, Nanny.
Hey Nanny - the Poop Soup looked delish!! You crack me up!! YES…the Souplantation was great! It started in San Diego, and we went there a lot. The owner sold his two stores to some company and they opened a ton of new restaurants called Sweet Tomatoes…same concept. There was a bankruptcy, and then Covid really hurt them, but they are thinking of coming back to their birthplace. So, maybe when you go visit the fam down south, there will be a new one to go to! Yay! Tomorrow is my wedding anniversary…I really miss my husband. I’m so glad that Moosie is making progress and will be coming home. And Dubbie’s going to Idaho…Billy does have a beautiful place there…I really enjoyed those videos. We are having a gorgeous fall here…and beautiful weather for all the festivals. Dear Nanny lovely to see you , lots of things going on your making me so hungry salads are my favourites I like you like to put absolutely everything on with salad ,I love the bird clock I am so pleased you and moose getting to see lots of family how exciting and great for you both . Getting back into the scrunch hair style tried it with mine it does not want to stay in the scrunch what ever scrunch hair types I try just drops I think a bit to heavy my hair . Going to give up on that style , haven’t seen Shamu hope he’s well and happy he’s so beautiful , and hope the family’s sorrow over Harley it also upset me I’m fanatical over all animals everything birds of every kind all the tiny wild creatures I just love them all if I find a giant Spider in the house I take it and put it in the garden then end up rushing back in the garden getting it and putting it in my garden shed as I worry may die with the cold , I’m so soft , I do have a special hoover hand held tube with a battery in special to hoover them gently into the tube so you can carry them to relocate them . I can’t really have a dog as struggle with walking with the motor diseases and at hospital quite a lot so wouldn’t be nice for a dog , but have a stray cat I took in we get on well he’s very standoffish not a bit like other cats I have had over the years , but love him very much , hope the family visit to see Moosie are fabulous for you all take care not too much barrel soup . Dear Nanny, thank you for sharing about your life and wonderful soup recipes that inspire . You looked beautiful today with your lovely blouse and jewellery, earrings, necklace and rings. Before the night is over, I also just want to say, I truly hope I did not offend anyone when I suggested finding another dog as it may be to soon. Please forgive me if I sounded insensitive. For me I just saw an opportunity to bring hope back. At least this is what it has done for me many times when I lost a dear beloved family pet. I too am getting older and my heart breaks every time I have had to say goodbye and mourn the passing of a family pet. I think that for me once my current dog passes, I will not have anymore dogs . When my 13 year old dog Picou passed away in dec 2019, I lost the will to want to live and then three months later in March 8 2020, just before the Covid pandemic officially was announced , the opportunity came about, that I ended up adopting another dog . Also just recently I lost one of my dear cats on august 5 of this year and it was terribly sad and I am still mourning her loss, but once again the opp-ortuni9ty came about that I adopted just recently another cat. For sure they do not replace the other passed animals as all animals have their unique soul and a special place in my heart, but for me , all these animals have given me a reason to also keep hoping and wanting to keep living as I at this point on my life, do not have any family left other than these sweet animals to love and care for. I write this so you understand that my intentions, when I wrote about adopting another dog, were certainly not to hurt of offend anyone and so if I did please forgive me, as I humbly ask for your forgiveness or anyone who read what I wrote and felt hurt by my words. I am truly sorry, In Christ Jesus Always!❤🙏💕

Yum, that soup looks delicious. But then again I am a soup lover, lol. You know why we might have to poop after a I salad bar? I was told (is it true?), that maybe due to restaurants “spray” salad bars with something like “Stay Fresh” to keep the salads looking(?) fresher, crispy longer. So? I decided o just make my own, at home. But it still helps to have that roughage, hahahaa. Great video Nanny. And you look fabulous ❤ Bless you, Moosie, family and friends v🙏. Just wanted to share that back in 1985 I had an ultrasound showing twins - everyone celebrated and I was in shock!
Fast forward to the second trimester and it showed one baby. The doctor explained to me that MANY women have two fetuses and don’t even know it. The weaker of the two sloughs off into the body.
Anyway, I was disappointed too, but believe the second just wasn’t meant to be. ❤️
Oh the Souplantation! We still talk about that place - we used to go to the one by Brea Mall all the time. It was our favorite. We think they should bring it back! It was always crowded. Love your soup recipe and enjoy all your videos, Nanny.

Hey Nanny - the Poop Soup looked delish!! You crack me up!! YES…the Souplantation was great! It started in San Diego, and we went there a lot. The owner sold his two stores to some company and they opened a ton of new restaurants called Sweet Tomatoes…same concept. There was a bankruptcy, and then Covid really hurt them, but they are thinking of coming back to their birthplace. So, maybe when you go visit the fam down south, there will be a new one to go to! Yay!
Tomorrow is my wedding anniversary…I really miss my husband. I’m so glad that Moosie is making progress and will be coming home. And Dubbie’s going to Idaho…Billy does have a beautiful place there…I really enjoyed those videos. We are having a gorgeous fall here…and beautiful weather for all the festivals. I like Barrel Soup, much better name! I think I would have to put some diced tomatoes in there too. We have a place about an hour from us called Souper Salad that is very similar to your Soup Plantation. Of all the restaurants we could choose from, this one is almost always our choice. Dear Nanny lovely to see you , lots of things going on your making me so hungry salads are my favourites I like you like to put absolutely everything on with salad ,I love the bird clock I am so pleased you and moose getting to see lots of family how exciting and great for you both . Getting back into the scrunch hair style tried it with mine it does not want to stay in the scrunch what ever scrunch hair types I try just drops I think a bit to heavy my hair . Going to give up on that style , haven’t seen Shamu hope he’s well and happy he’s so beautiful , and hope the family’s sorrow over Harley it also upset me I’m fanatical over all animals everything birds of every kind all the tiny wild creatures I just love them all if I find a giant Spider in the house I take it and put it in the garden then end up rushing back in the garden getting it and putting it in my garden shed as I worry may die with the cold , I’m so soft , I do have a special hoover hand held tube with a battery in special to hoover them gently into the tube so you can carry them to relocate them . I can’t really have a dog as struggle with walking with the motor diseases and at hospital quite a lot so wouldn’t be nice for a dog , but have a stray cat I took in we get on well he’s very standoffish not a bit like other cats I have had over the years , but love him very much , hope the family visit to see Moosie are fabulous for you all take care not too much barrel soup . Lots of love 💕🥰❤️
