FAQ About Feminine Energy:
-Are women the only ones born with feminine energy?
No…all of us, no matter our born gender, what we identify with, etc.........….have both feminine and masculine energies. Most of us are more robust and more comfortable in one vs. the other.
-Does it matter if I choose not to connect with my feminine energy?
That depends on how you feel about your relationship with your feminine energy. For me…I think mine was severely damaged, and I felt that wounding manifest in my life negatively. I was confused about what made me happy vs. what I was told was SUPPOSED to make me happy. I have been active in therapy and on a mental health journey for the past five years. And this is part of the spiritual component necessary for my healing. You may or may not find help in understanding and learning about this…but it has been transformative for me.
-Isn’t femininity all about men? I’m not a pick-me.
I can see why some people might have this perception around women talking about femininity, let alone positively. And I hold space for people to feel however they feel about this. Again..for ME… it’s not all about men. If you are struggling (repeatedly) in your relationships and that’s something you want to change, then you may get helpful information / a new point of view to see love and relationships through. It (again) has helped me. I think when you. Learn about the feminine; you naturally learn about the masculine as well. Suppose you like learning about human design, astrology, personality types, and love languages. Etc..then you would LOVE this new way of learning about people.

I do not have a negative opinion of men as a whole. I do have a problem with some of the aspects of masculinity in our society. Men should be strong, protective, decisive, confident, driven, calm, generous - these are positive aspects of masculinity. Toxic masculinity is real though - although if anything, it’s more associated with a certain subset of less masculine men (like incels - ugh!)
We certainly have our issues too - but because men have more power in society than we do, we are more often the ones to get hurt.

What about the hand that rocks the cradle. Talk about destructive negative feminine energy surrounding maybe infertility or the inability to have children which as women in general the only good thing we do per society is have babies so imagine in a society that considers femininity negative on all counts except for procreation, it makes people feel inadequate even though they aren't.
OH I LOVE THIS!!!!! Its such a tragic and frustrating aspect of being a woman and I would LOVE to talk about it :)

Wow, absolutely love this content and would like more just about feminine energy in general! That’s really hits home with myself being overly soft feminine to the points of issue, and my ex best friend, being overly dark feminine in to the point of issue. It’s really an eye-opener and makes a lot of sense when you break it down in their extremes.
