Kayla thank you so much for letting us tour your home. I just love your sweet finds and the way you have your home decorated. Its so homey and warm. You and Hollie tickle me because yalls homes kinda look alike. My sister and I love the same things to and our house have the same look, just a few things are different. I love homes that are simple and see how different people decorate what they love. We allow people and friends to come to our homes to, as we love to show how simple our lifes are. Isn't it fun!

Thanks, Kayla....I just ordered 3 of the Ken Tate books (used), Holidays, Christmas and Cooking Up A Storm. I love the artwork. I'm also looking for an old typewriter like yours. Being a secretary for 35 years, it has meaning for me, but on-line they're a bit expensive. Grew up on a farm so I've been looking for years for just the right wooden tool box (wish I had been able to salvage some of my Grandfather's tools). Haven't found the right one yet, but I keep looking - not many good thrift stores around here in North Myrtle Beach.

Oh I absolutely LOVE to go and visit Kayla's home she always does such a wonderful job decorating!! That menu sounds good Kayla!! My Granny had one of thoes things that Kayla said that someone did tomatoes with to strain them. Also the sewing machine is just like my the one my granny had. Buster is so adorable trying to hide I love him!!!! : -- )
