I have seen both my parents and my grandmother die very miserable deaths and always feared that I might also die a miserable death after months of suffering. But today I understood we can mitigate that suffering with genuine efforts in Kriya.🙏

How does the dreamless exercise help when I do not enjoy dreamless sleep, either? I like being conscious; I like playing a part; I like experiencing sensation. Nothing does not appeal to me and it is that very nothing that scares me. I want to be a person after death and in sleep, as well.
Call it ego, but there is undeniably something lost when we return to nothingness; where else do we think and grow and feel joy? Isn't the goal to feel bliss? How do we discard the fear of death through this knowledge?
