Sky Piercer is totally unfair, it means there's literally no chance for squishy heroes to escape from gusion, or karina, etc There should be a balance in what is being added to the game. I also think this item shouldn't be added because there won't be much difference between a pro and a noob assassin player cause even if you don't manage to kill the enemy, sky piercer will eventually do it for you, Players just simply won't improve their skills that way Also, this item makes the spell 'execute' almost useless

Novaria can benefit with both pandora's box and sky piercer it already assured kill. For cecillion pandora's box will not be much useful when using it's burst attack in clash since it will be just distributed. This is just my opinion.

It frees your spell slot, which gives you huge tactical advantage. Now you can use some defensive spell, which gonna make things absurd.
But also burst heroes have to be careful if they run into tanky heroes. And I don't think it can target Nana while her death immunity is active.
