Damn, i don’t know if you guys read comments often, but just really have to say thanks for this song. I’m 22, and my boyfriend died suddenly last June - not too long after this album came out. It was absolutely horrendous to go through, and I wouldn’t wish that kind of awful, “your whole chest sank into a black-hole”, somehow-actually-physically-painful- experience on my worst enemy. But somehow this song genuinely helped. Nothing helped - nothing COULD help - and this song somehow did. I bawled my damn eyes out to it, and i really believe im the better for doing so. It helped me grieve properly - so thank you. I’ve been listening to you guys for a few years now, and I grow fonder with every release. So yeah, thanks from the States, and stay safe in these weird times

This song was on my mind the day of my fathers funeral and when returning from the service, with my wife as a witness, on the path to their house I found a perfect crow feather on the ground. Coincidence? probably, but comforting? definitely. That feather is placed on my fathers memory table in our house.
