In Italy we call them "giallo" (yellow) for this reason: often, as I'm sure you've noticed, this kind of B stuff is cheap, and of uncertain economic returns. Italian thriller stories were no less unpredictable, and publishers wanted to produce books the cheapest, and the big expense was the paper. So, they used the cheapest recycled paper, that comes out was colored yellow for lacking bleaching, another process that would have made paper cost more. Thrillers books were actually yellow, and they did for a long time. I think the internet killed yellow books, since internet is cheaper.

Mariojinn2 Mike was hammered before he even woke up that day. Every day.
RLM: the one place that will put every joke in context, in case you don't get it or are too old. I respect that.
It always makes me smile at just how happy Jay is to correct Rich on "giallo" lol.
I lost it at Asian Siri NFL infoblast.

I was watching Vamp tonight and noticed that Hy Pyke was in that film too as the desk clerk. Unlike Blade Runner, where he looked and sounded a bit like he did in Hack-O-Lantern, in Vamp, with the beard and a different voice, he was pretty unrecognizable.
53:44 so chilling, the way mike drunkenly foreshadows his later act

Best Best of the Worst in a while. Jay #1 editing boy

He looks at the camera and covers his mouth.
58:12 Lmfao Mike already knows he’s gunna piss everyone off lol he looks at the camera and Jay just before ruining the night lmao
Amazingly, Vampire Assassin and Blade actually share an actor! Gerald Okamura has a blink-and-you’ll-miss-him cameo in Blade as a vampire elder
Mike's adorable little "ow" at the beginning kills me every time.
Im serious, redlettermedia is the best channel on youtube hands down
this is an iconic episode
the croaking frog chair really got me
Apparently the actor who played the dad in Cathy's Curse who said "Your mother's a bitch!" has been in a lot of David Cronenberg movies including Crash, A History of Violence and Rabid. At least that's according to IMBD.
I’ve been battling a particularly bad episode of depression recently and this is exactly what I needed. Well done on all accounts.
