Get Notified via Azure Event Grid whenever Azure Storage (Blob) is updated

Hi @Shweta Lodha,
You have explained in a way where everyone can understand easily. But here manual intervention is required I mean we have to manually navigate to Function App and check if there are any updates on the Azure Storage Account. Is there any way where we can get notified through email automatically when there are any updates?
