My favorite Cauldrons would probably have to be Sydney & Londons. Sydney because of the combination of water & fire, epically creative. London because the Cauldron represented everything that the Olympics is, the coming together of all nations, executed in such a peaceful and beautiful way.

What about Greece?!?!?! the birthplace of the Olympic Games! this is OUTRAGEOUS!! Greece should have been mentioned BEFORE showing the rest of the cities which hosted the games afterwards; such as Beijing and London! Olympic Games 2004 in Greece was a historical and magical moment for us because the Olympics returned home! This whole event which brings the world together as one, begun first and foremost in GREECE. this well known fact should never be forgotten!

I was watching the Seoul 88 opening ceremony and told my mum I wanted to carry the Olympic torch. She laughed. I asked my friends to nominate me for London 2012 but I didn’t get the role as lots of people applied. It still hurts to this day as I know London won’t have the Olympics again.
