You kinda got it backwards, Carver would have shot Walt no matter what, Alvin on the other hand could have been saved. The fact that you got those choices is so awesome though, so unique I didn't even know you could get that ending or those options c:

Actually, it was about 2 and a half months. The first episode released on December 17th, second episode released on March 4th. Telltale has used the episodic model for a very long time and it works for them. Would you rather them rush and release these every month or take their time and create an amazing/memorable episode like the one shown here? I'll take the latter...

When I played I chose not to look for Kenny. I made them surrender. So then I made Clem save Alvin. When I played the only one that died was...uhh...that Guy that was friends with Matthew. So you could have kept Alvin from getting shot.

if it makes you guys feel better, no matter what goldy chose, kenny will take the first shot. Walter dies no matter what.. :'( However, alvin's death was a choice :(

No point in giving him the saw. :P Didn't the guy with Clem in S1 cut of his am but died anyway? :P
The reason Lee (the guy with Clem in S1) died is because he didn't cut his arm of right away like right after he got bit. He waited and the infection from the bite spread and he started feeling the effects of the bite which is why it was too late for him. Pete would have died even if he cut his leg off not because of the bite wound but because there was nothing in the van for them to use to stop the bleeding from cutting his leg off and he would have bled to death. Hope this explains things.
I guess but the infection would spread to quick, guess it was luck they had the saw. :P
Lee died of blood loss. In the Walking Dead universe you can cut your limb off and live from a bite.
Shame there wasn't a way to save him.
