Does get some getting used to at first, but ymmv depending of how familiar you're with was WASD driving. It becomes easier the more you drive ofc

Havent played it myself, but i have to assume it's tank controls, so some would struggle if they havent done it before

There's a slight delay when turning so it's not as reactive or snappy like every other pc game that has cars. It takes a while to get used to it. I've also heard some people say that the static top down isometric camera mess with their orientation.
