Glory be to our Lord Jesus Christ. I did this prayer in full for the first time tonight. Towards the end of prayer, I was feeling a bit sleepy but at the point of falling asleep i was awakened by a loud sound of something falling/ breaking ( I thought my Fridge has fallen over). But Before i could even react to this sound i felt something moving up from deep in my stomach and out through my mouth and with that it made loud cry. Im still in shock. Thank you for posting this prayer, and you St Benedict, Thank you Jesus Christ. Amen
