This is an AWESOME idea. I'm super excited to try it out. What would really take it to the next level would be to be able to live stream inside a BuddyBoss group. I would imagine only Group Owners having that ability, not all members. And then it would make sense if the visibility settings for the group would apply in terms of the general Activity Feed. So if a user is part of the group, the live stream WOULD appear in their Activity Feed, but if not, then they WOULDN'T see the livestream in their Activity Feed. Hope that makes sense, and I hope others will like this comment, and that you'll consider building that functionality into the plugin 🥳

Another questions about WPStream, can you live stream from a phone and switch from front and back cameras easily? That would be a must for my community.
I recently came across this video (via an article) about BuddyBoss. I'd be interested in integrating this into our BuddyBoss community but it would need to be through a group (by an organizer or moderator), not through someone's profile page. Thus only showing up in feeds to members that are part of the group (public or private). Any chance that this currently possible or in the works?? Thanks!

I don't want my members to go crazy and unnecessarily rack up my WPStream usage... Also once the live is done, will the members be able to view the video in the feed? I need to restrict the viewing ability per membership: Live stream viewable by all but recorded video viewable only to paid members in Activity Feed... Thanks!!

Hi there, you can use Better Messages! They are also integrated with BuddyBoss wordpress.org/plugins/bp-better-messages/
We tried to use better messages but it conflicts with buddyboss messages

Hello! If the admin sets the default channel settings to enable recording, the live streams do get recorded.
