I used to go Fimbulwinter, Despair, Sundered sky, Eclipse and S. Visage (not in that order) with any champ who has mana and spamable CC, it makes you very tanky and hard to kill in 1v1 and 1v2. Very funny to play, i hope you give the build a try, Naut is a great option because is not that bad at last hit and wave clear but any tank with mana and a lot of cc is good.

I know you planned on full tank but I think putting a Laundry's (yes that's on porpoise) in the build would have been good too.
Maybe a Riftmaker, it make the bami heal, wich is like having extra regen, give you ap based on life and make every ability to hit a litle more.
