Yes you are right, everyone in this semifinal could qualify. There are strong songs and very competitive artists with brilliant stagings.
belgium went from 1st to 12th in the odds in 2018, this year they started with 3rd and right now are 7th..
Someone needs to conduct a god damn case study on Belgium and staging. They either do it amazingly like in 2015 or 2023, or they completely destroy a song that’s favourite to win like girl- 😭
But everyone was hating on Loic too after the rehearsals. Belgium is just always hated on by the community

13 latvia - pretty much not existing if you ask me
12 san marino - it was okayish, a little bit basic but yeah
11 switzerland - im not into it, not my cup of tea
10 estonia - nice
9 czechia - definitely an upgrade from that nf "performance" (if we can call it performance...), but could this qualify?
8 denmark - this is pretty nice
7 greece - its good but this rehearsal clip is way too hyped for no reason, nothing big is actually happening in it. dont get me wrong, i stan marina and zarri, but im just not blown away with this one. waiting for second rehearsal, the idea seems to be promising
6 netherlands - pretty much the same goes for the netherlands, looks cool but waiting for next rehearsal.
5 armenia - its so joyful, i adore this
4 malta - well done, everything is on point
3 georgia - what a delivery, expected nothing less
