If only a measly 0.1% of the people that watched bought it that's 19,000 units sold and 57million in revenue. Good video, thanks! ☺️ But I have an important question: I got mine yesterday, i love the sound basically, but if i listen to some tracks with an hard bass like some house or techno tracks and adjust bass/treble to plus 3 or higher and i go at 75% volume, than it sounds like the mania couldn’t handle that bass, it sounds like overdrive, like the membranes hit something or the air couldn’t get out from the inside… but that’s only with bass heavy songs, in other normal songs i could set it to +3 or so and go to 100% volume without this problem, so inreally don’t know if it’s normal because it’s simply to much bass for this thing if i put the eq to plus or if my mania is broken… 🤔 And it’s only on one side, not on the other which is strange too, but that could eventually be because it’s not exactly the same on the inside on both sides ? The thing is, i think if the speaker would be broken, then it wouldn’t play without distortion if i put the eq on neutral and 100% volume because that’s allready bass heavy, or am i wrong ? But at the same time i am a little bit disappointed because on a premium brand with the i think most expensive speaker in this class that shouldn’t be possible to acchieve an distortion in my opinion, even if i adjust the bass to +6! Could anybody please try this song and put the bass to +6 and go about 70% so i know if i have to send it back or its normal ? Here’s the problem with Devialet. They make great hardware, no denying that. However their software is absolutely unacceptable garbage. What’s it matter if how good the speaker sounds if it doesn’t work at all half the time? How do I know this? Trying to sell them while working at a high end integrator/hi-fi shop. Mania software version 1.2.4 Airplay is OUT OF SYNC with the rest of the airplay speakers!!!!! Devialet KNOWS the ISSUE, but CANNOT FIX IT in a MONTH!!!!!! Buyer beware!!! This is horrible customer experience, I paid almost $1000 USD for a speaker that does not work as it should!!!

Here’s the problem with Devialet. They make great hardware, no denying that. However their software is absolutely unacceptable garbage. What’s it matter if how good the speaker sounds if it doesn’t work at all half the time? How do I know this? Trying to sell them while working at a high end integrator/hi-fi shop. Attempting to demo them was often a nightmare. Just say no.
Bring back the real unbox therapy, I honestly don't know what this is anymore😒😒😒😑😑😑 unbox therapy was UNBOX THERAPY when you reviewed the phantom

@@skrem23 We have Phantom II 98 dB in store and this thing is lacking lot of sound. Even Bowers&Wilkins Zeppelin sounds a lot better for almost third of the price of Devialet. I wanted to buy pair of Devialet but ended up with (already sold :( ) KEFs and boooyyyy. However I'm thinking about Homepod which was pretty okay in this room I'm in. Not sure it's worth 330€ right now.
