There was not popcorn 🍿 in the Wnba until Reese and Clark showed up. I tried to like it. But, now I am actually keeping up with the Sky and Fever. So, I am learning the other teams. I always cared about women’s college bball. But, this is the first time I am actually watching some Wnba routinely.
I never cared. But now I do. Funny how that goes. I don't have to repeat why but many of us do now.
That's on you not the product. The teams that are beating the sky and the fever right now have always been playing a high level of basketball, the people just weren't aware. It's good that this rookie class has a lot of upcoming stars that people can cling to, but make no mistake if you like basketball then the product has been good for a while.

This is disappointing cause this kind of response is something you'd get from someone who hasn't watched a lot of basketball. Because there are matchups that you knew would have better pace, more 3s, higher scoring, etc... If you were looking for more excitement, you'd be more inclined to watch a Suns/Mavs matchup from 2007 compared to a Pistons/Spurs matchup from 2005. Disappointing she went the route she did with that.
