"double wrapped security wire" yields nothing on ebay, amazon, or google. Do you have a link, or know what the wire is used for specifically so I can find it that way? Also, here is a little trick for you guys. take a wooden dowel about 3/8ths inch and drill a small hole in on end, then put the other end in a power drill. Tighten it down. Put the twisted wire through the small hole and wrap it around the dowel once and secure it to the bulk of the wire. Then wrap the other end of your twisted wire around a screw or nail in a block of wood, workbench, etc. pull it all tight, while holding the drill sideways, and you get EXCELLENT concertina wire.
