Mr. Sakamoto died today (04/02/2023). I’ve been listening to his music for over 40 plus years and have never heard him speak English at length if at all. I have not gotten the opportunity to see the “Coda” movie. When someone famous, who you never met, yet had an effect or influence on your life or merely entertained you, it’s like a vibration in the world has ceased…
very good interviewer-- he guides the conversation but lets the guests speak. you almost forget he is there sometimes. that is real skill. very much enjoyed listening to these men chat
Watched him live in Barcelona back in the 1990s.... one of the best concerts I've assisted in my life. The world miss your talent very much mr. Sakamoto. Rest in Peace.
I have enormous respect for Ryuichi, and have met him.He is a vast talent and a lovely guy but with an even bigger ego. And he is so wrong on this issue. Nuclear is the only option to address 'climate change'...millions will die if he gets his way.

He's the first person i heard describing immigrants as talents, in the sea of racial epithets and names. Very humanising. RIP Legend.
Rip Ryuichi Sakamoto
I'm listening to his album BTTB right now on this lazy sultry day, and it's so beautiful.
What a humble, sweet talented man Ruichi was....god bless him....Rest in peace
One of the most beautiful documentaries I had seen in years...Stephen diserves credit too..a winning team !
This is a fantastic talk!

This is a fantastic talk X2... but all I can see is Sakamoto's Thom Browne Cardigan at @18:00...
What a lovely interview.
I appreciate that Ryuichi Samamoto speaks English. Nice to understand his thoughts
Loved his acting as Captain Yonoi in Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence
An awesome interview.
ハワイアン、カントリーウェスタン、ブロードウェイミュージカルを強烈にミックスしたトラックを教授に聴かせたい…
A mixture of all three might even be good!
Thank you for your music.
Franko was a ' determinednator ' ❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
