Oh my goodness that is a massive avocado tree! Banana, avocado, passion fruit.. you should plant some lemon/lime/grapefruit and oranges.. I think they will grow there. I think you can grow anything there that you can here in the southern united states.

You could also do pumpkin, squash, and zucchini. I wish I still had land to plant on.
At 6:32 that is squash.. don't pull that out of the ground, if it flowers it makes fruit.
