Thank you so much Sophie for all your encouragement. I have sown seed for the very first time after following you on Insta, and I am so excited to see how they grow. Now after watching this video I’ll be going out tomorrow and sowing more👍. My seeds where form Bishy too, after your recommendation 👍

Hello, much love from the U.S.
I am a little confused if this would work in my Zone 7b garden, it’s starting to get cold and the First frost is approaching. Are these seeds the type to sow for the next year?

Hi, yes thats right I am zone 9a here in the Uk. I would say if you are that cold already you may need to bring them indoors to get them to germinate first. But yes they are then in my greenhouse all winter and will flower next year. I would say the temperatures don't often get below zero here but we have had cold wintrs of up to -7 but it doesn't last long x

Lovely to watch 😍 I don’t normally do many autumn sowings of flowers, but tempted to have a go with some of my grandads cornflowers this year and see how they fair compared to spring sowings! I love the idea of having things to care for over the winter period too!
