OK so, something you missed about Kidd's challenge at the end there.... he didn't look at replay! He listened to Kyrie!!! ..... and Kidd trusted him then called for a review .... another aspect of the chemistry of this team, everyone trusts everyone else even when the media does not....
It’s good to see that they can win ugly this way with their defense. We all know they can’t score but. If they can’t play this type of defense with their scoring power, they will run teams out of the building. They’ve yet to play a good game and they’re 1 and 1 going back to Dallas. Very rusty game 1 missing open shots layups. The clippers couldn’t have shot better in the first half. The defense was decent but. Just got cooked. The game was out of reach after the first half. They out played the clippers 2nd half but it was too big a hole. The clippers lose without kawhi and maybe even with him if they play well.
I’m think since there’s so many superstars in the clippers team, they all won’t have big numbers. Against playoff defense, their points are supposed to look pretty low than usually because they have to constantly pass out.
Here is the thing... they are all FORMER Superstars. Right now I dont even see Kawhi as a true Superstar. Game 3 proved my point even more then Game 2. Who is the clear cut 1st option that leads the offense? Who is the 2ndary Option that takes over when the 1st option takes a breather?
