I loved the music choice! (Respect to both dancers!) But then again, I love when they make dancers at all-style competitions show versatility by dancing to all styles of music. Kinda like the AMAZING Billie Eilish round with The Crown vs Verb at the World Finals last year. Verb didn't even know the song and KILLED it!

I know It’s All Styles but come on… at least put something with a beat and a vibe. You can even put cheesy stuff like Spice Girls, ABBA, or Macarena if you want. Jesus.
Limiting your options to a beat defeats the entire point. The song selection is supposed to be a challenge, and most dancers wouldn't find ordinary rhythms and beats to be a challenge.
I'm not the hugest fan of the song either, but I can see both of their performances and how good of dancers they are for taking a song that they also might've equally disliked and having fun with it.
The thing is, you wouldn't be able to tell if they actually like or dislike the song just by seeing them dance, which is once again, the point.
@@RunicRazili It’s a 1 min round and the event is based on hype and crowd reaction. A bit tricky to get into that track, unless you know it well. Imo It would have been cool for an event like BTM where you can take your time to connect to the music and build something.

@@Ciscostewagain, it’s supposed to be a challenge that forces dancers outside of their comfort zones and gets them on their feet (figuratively and literally).
It is NOT a challenge if they’re listening to songs that are tailored for their personal styles.

It's an all dance style competition...The reason why they use music like the one they played is to challenge the dancers and to get them out of their box 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
