In this vlog we are going out for camping and fishing on a deserted island.
We have a big island function coming up next week and we need to catch some fish for the guests to feast when they arrive next week.
Therefore we have to spend a night on a deserted island in order to maximise our fishing trip.

The outer reefs is your best location for fishing. Another boat with more boys to make noise can up your chances of getting more fish in the net. Nice progress boys. 💯💯💯💯💯

Certain places are considered sacred and respected, and come with certain taboos. This island is one such place. And they will fish for just enough and not over. This is explained in a previous video featuring this island. Also these boys are born and bred islanders and know what they are doing.

Kava is a traditional drink that is squeezed from a root. It's brown in colour and depending on how it cleaned and the concentration the colors may vary. It's called "Yaqona" ( yah-ngo-nuh) in Fijian🙂
