If you want to peek your windows without being seen, get the neon signs. Draw on them to hide what's behind them. The behind doesn't show what's on the front so you now have one way glass. Also, at your distance, you can use armored doors, as at a distance the viewport render closed regardless if it actually is or not. Another thing you can do is get the skin for the reactive target that looks like a full geared player peeking the window. When hit, it gives the shooter hit marker sounds so it makes them think they're hitting you.
