@@liberality we all no that the crusties that the roots scene attracts now are pretty much middle class. Not a criticism but an observation. I doubt without them the scene would still be popping like it is. Jus the way it is.
@@jfc4798 Depends where you're from. I've known all kinds of crusties, from trust fund rich kids to dirt poor. Also plenty of reggae lovers who don't fit the stereotype. I missed hearing Jah Shaka in 1992 but finally caught up with him in the late 2010s. His appearance as himself in the movie Babylon around 1980 will make him immortal.
It's funny, if you've been to a blues party, you'd struggle to find a lightbulb in the house, this session loses the atmosphere of low low light conditions, pity.
