An Emotional Tribute To The Beach House (2018 TV Movie): Home is a state of mind

They say house is a building but home is a feeling. If you are ready for an emotional rollercoaster, then definitely check out Hallmark's The Beach House. It tells the story about how a career woman Caretta (portrayed by Minka Kelly) is unwilling to come back home to face her families but eventually finds her roots and falls back in love with her first love, Brett (portrayed by Chad Michael Murray). While back home, Caretta realized the reason why her mom, Lovie (portrayed by Andie MacDowell) is so emotionally attached to the beach house, why she does everything in her ability to protect the sea turtles, why she never left home. It is because this is where she met her first love, her true love, her soul mate, this is where she can be truly happy.
Home can be the beach house, but also a feeling, a state of mind. When Caretta finally decides to stay back, to be with Brett, she knows she is home, which is right here in his arms.
The movie is beautifully shot, the lighting, the music, the story are all fantastic. In this tribute, I want to capture Caretta's journey to find home, her true love. Hope you enjoy.
