I thought free characters are supposed to perform quite lesser than non-free characters, but Dr. Ratio is one of the best dps I have now

I'd like to think that it's not because they won three awards, but because Dr Ratio knew that people won't pull for him, so he's like "oh no no no, you can't escape from me."
I wasn't going to pull for him this time but am super glad we're getting him for free. Sparkle and Black Swan are higher priority but he's still damn cool

I am new to hsr , so can anyone say me how to unlock this mail feature please 🥺🙏
You unlock it around the same time Himeko ( Red Haired Lady ) joins your party on Herta Space Station. Shouldn't take you longer than 1-2 hours to unlock if you just focus on the story. If you've defeated the doom beast you should have it! Just open up the menu and look for the little mail icon. Hope this helps! ( Let me know if it doesn't! )

How do I get him for free?
Just get the Mail feature unlocked. It will probably take less than an hour if you’re just starting the game. After you meet Himiko, you’ll meet with Asta on the bridge & unlock summons & think that’s when the Mail feature gets unlocked. You will get him in the Mail if it’s unlocked.
