Take off those passenger pegs ASAP while you're at it. Also, would love to see if you can track down a true underbelly exhaust. All the Akra pics I've seen look awful by taking away that feature of the stock exhaust. What other mods are you planning on doing to this thing? Super curious to see this build play out as I'm thinking of buying this bike. The other must-do from my impression of other reviews is a rear shock upgrade.
No you can not. I found this out the hard way. I had to go get another key made that didn’t have the transponder and all the plastic housing at the locksmith, then I cut the head of the key off so it would clear the license plate bracket. I used long nose pliers to turn the key since there was not much to grab onto. When you get the key made, you can insert it into the ignition to determine how much of the head you can cut off. For my key to clear I had to cut the entire head of the key off.
do you think toll cameras will still be able to catch that? that looks very low profile, I love it. Not even MD themselves will be able to make it as tight when they come out with the original one for this bike, even the light is tucked in, beautiful. Can you make a short video trying to open the back seat? Looks like I just got another incentive to get an integrated taillight to go with this.
@@CaliMotoTV lol yeah saw that right after I wrote to you. I ran a tie strap down through the hole under the tail and just pull it to release the seat.
hello, here in Greece the license plate dimensions are 20cm x 20cm (very big!) and the Fender Eliminator Kit is smaller. do you think it can fit someway?
Mine just came in! Will be doing the install as soon as I can haha. Has anyone else successfully installed this with the LEDs besides Bill? I know he mentioned splicing I was just wondering what splicing I have to do.
Does the RS 660 come ready from the factory ready to hook up to your iPhone to use the app or is that a separate part that you have to purchase and install?!
@@CaliMotoTV ahhhhhh ok thank you!! It’s been kind of confusing for me to figure that out. I thought it came with what was needed. Seems like it’s a $200 part that plugs in and hopefully will work well because man it looks like an amazing system!
Yes it was. Watch the taking the delivery of the 660 skip it to the first ride. All I’m saying, for me atleast I want to see the video on the same timeline he shot it. Sometimes the excitement is not there when u see stuff first on another video released before you see the making of it. Does it make sense? All in all just thankful for Bill’s video. Keep it coming man.
@UA-cam needs a Snickers He showed the rear fender tidy on the first ride before he showed the installation. So it means we know he had it already before putting up the video installation, maybe he was thinking for tutorial purposes but for me that watch all of his videos the excitement was gone because I know he put them already. I don’t know man, I’m not complaining just saying.

Thank you! What was the verdict on the plate light? How would you install it ?
hello, where did you buy the license plate cover that you mount at 8:55 (the one with the word MOTODYNAMIC)? on the site there is not
It's all in the video.
Thanks, great news! Can you still unlock the seat with the motodynamic mounted?

I can’t open my back seat once installed. The keyhole is obstructed!
Hey Bill did this install however did you have access to the key because I could not get the key in for seat release.

Thanks brother, I forwarded this video to my dealership so they know.

Even after turning subtitles on, I didn't really get what you said at 12:50, who exactly is painting your Aprilia RS660?
@@CaliMotoTV 👍🏻Thanks, Appreciate.
👍 Thanks! I bet that will fit the 2021 rsv4 🤔..

I been searching for the rear seat cowl and can't find nothing. I'm really disappointed
Thank you!!! I was waiting on this!

@@CaliMotoTV Nooooooooooooooooo!!!!!! Crap. I have had such hope this was going to be an amazing feature, I wish they could get it working.
Can you turbo it
I want the dyno numbers. Now! 😊
Something tells me the Italians succeeded in building a sexier Kawasaki.
Ordered one! Thanks!
Thanks so much for this video!! Ordered 🤙🏻
@@CaliMotoTV Small price to pay until we get more options haha.
I got all those goods for mine I need the lowering kit man bike is to tall
So do you lose warranty when you do these mods?
Na, not for replacing fender kit
Aprilia is very strict about warranty and having an actual Aprilia dealer do any sort of mechanical work, maintenance, and mods.
I've got a brand new aprilia rsv4 rr
I hate tail tidies. Getting all wet in the rain and a skunk stripe up your back.
Dont get it for ur RS660, it block the key to open the pilion seat.
Again with the timeline of your videos. Hehehehe I've seen the tail tidy on the video before this one.
