Thanks for your comment, I personally wouldn't replace a regular sponge with it. It's separate purposes in my book. The bamboo scrub to get rid of anything hard and crusty, while the sponge and I highly recommend the scrub daddy (amzn.to/3v99YHW) can suds away oily surfaces all without getting the crusty stuff stuck in the sponge. The scrub daddy dries really quickly so I feel there's less bacteria buildup as compared to a regular sponge. Hope that helps! ☺
So, is it just for pre-dishwasher washing only? I assume it cannot replace a regular sponge. I just don't use dishwasher, mostly handwashing...
