Sorry you had to go through this. Why is this even legal??? This reminded me of Patrick at the front desk of the Home Suites hotel in Phoenix. Yes, he made quite an impression I won’t ever forget, and literally lied to my face, not realizing I have my banking set to alert me any time a charge comes through. That was years ago, and I vowed I wouldn’t ever stay at a Hilton property ever again... and I haven’t, with no regrets. I love MGM properties, btw.
