FABULOUS video and what a breakthrough with learning how to make mayo using Freeze dried eggs!!! Great Job! I intended to try making mayo, but never got around to it. I did FD egg yolks and egg whites separately for some of my stash, but haven't done anything with them.

I’ve not used a stick blender on my eggs yet, I’ve only made scrambled and omelettes so far. I use them in my baking all the time. I’m not a mayo person. I might try homemade though 🤷♀️ By the way, I prefer the longer videos!
@@shannonjames9qdzxcvbntrq848 , After it’s made, yes. Prior to making it, no. The freeze Dried Eggs are shelf stable and so is the oil, mustard,and spices are all shelf stable as well. 😃
