@jamesbalazs what exhaust manifold and exhaust are you running? I've got a Klasen Z20genx and a standard 2.5" exhaust. Making 295 hp, but according to the Facebook I'm running too much boost - 1.8 bar.
Get a 3" exhaust will unlock more power torque. 1.8 bar is a bit high tbh, 1.4 should be around the max. Anymore and the turbo and possibly engine wont last unless its forged?
Love the explosion 🔥 Glad it's all sorted and running smooth again mate 👍
Cant wait to see this
Nice number plate, how much did it cost? Just about to watch the Cadwell Park one in a bit
Thanks! It's the cheapest style they offer, so only £250 including the fees
Good luck mate pick mine up from rnd next week full new built engine 😂
Nice one, I'm sure it will be amazing I've heard good things about RnD!
Are you from Sheffield
Yeah we need a pov please
Great stuff, what turbo? Ko4
Yes stock turbo 🙂

Standard manifold and turbo on mine, and it does 1.3 bar.
The exhaust is 3" downpipe into 3.5" catback with a sport cat and 2 silencers.
Decent result mate for no inlet numbers are just pub talk anyway it’s how it feels on the road top video mate
Thanks mate, feels amazing on the road now and that's what counts like you say 😁 if only we could put it down in this weather though!
Can it gap BMW e92 335d with 360 bhp regardless astra is lighter than bm ?
Probably not, I'm sure the BM has much more torque and slightly better power to weight
Before wrapping the downpipe, you must soak the heatwrap in a bucket of water..
I addressed that very clearly in the video. The manufacturer states you *can* but do not have to. It simply provides a slightly tighter fit.
