Angelina could be an amazing advocate. It sucks to see her growth criticized. There are still many unhealed versions of her, and I really wish her the best.

Sending you so much love. Everyone is so focused on the bad of what they see but not hearing the pain in your voice.

It seems she may be trying to better herself internally as she grows older, which I would love to see because deep down I think she has a good heart she just has extreme walls up, which make her combative and defensive.

It's time for Angelina to pack it up and leave these fake people in the past. She has the personality and looks to go beyond JSFV in the reality tv space. Nothing has changed with her cast mates since 2009.
These aren't good ppl. A person with half of a brain can see that by watching the show. No more putting your reputation and mental health on the line for ppl who don't care about you and lie through fake storylines, deflecting, and bullying out of insecurity. The fact that they brought boring/basic Sammie back in with open arms, when she has literally shitted on them for several years without saying their name and not wanting anything to do with them until she needed a check....says it all. It is so obvious that Sammy immediately jumped on the hate-Angelina bandwagon at the charcuterie party. She even went in on Angelina not owning a business. She got comfortable quickly, after analyzing the dynamics with Angelina and the others. She also has Angelina's name in her mouth the entire last season. On the bus with Mike and the girls to the Jets game, on the coach in the hotel and so many other places. Sammie is fake and a walking contradiction. It's obvious that she lied throughout the reunion. What is she contributing to the show outside of trying to make money by riding off a fake Angelina storyline.
And yes, I will be reading Angelina's book. I want Ange to move on from JSFV and find a new reality show. I want the cast to be exposed for ALL of their lies and mistreatment of Angelina for over the last 10+ years!!!

You need to stop taking things personally. It’s one of the best things I’ve learned from therapy myself and I just recognize a lot similarities. Your friend knows what he’s talking about definitely LISTEN to what he tells you. That’s a true friend do not take it for granted. Also as much as it sucks do not dwell on the past sure you can feel sad at times but you HAVE to move on so you can grow into the badass woman you’re meant to be. All I’ll say is it takes hell of practice but once you put into action it gets easier and you’ll live life again my friend 🙏🏻

Of that of course! Stop worrying about what anyone thinks, try to let your walls down, and maybe sometimes just let things go and not let little things rile you up, then the madness will stop. But right now it seems it’s easy to rile you up and the cast plays on that as well, and then the cameras will catch all of it and edit it to make you look even worse!
I understand it’s hard to be vulnerable and even more so in the public eye.
Sometimes you just have to understand some people won’t ever agree with you, they won’t understand you, and that’s ok!
Just a word of advice, I understand why you do some of the things you do, but not everyone does.

If you were to step out then you’ll see how bad the show will have a turn around and have no views. People have watched this long because of the drama revolving you.

Oh gosh I wish Angelina could explain more about what wasn’t showed on the show, bc her reactions in the edit don’t seem to make sense or represent her at all.
I think her cast-mates have always had this us against Angelina mentality and it’s getting soo old. Angelina has paid her dues, at this point it’s childish bullying. And now with Sammi coming back, thinking she can do the same to her.. it’s not cool.
