I made new ones with an old mountain bike tyre. Just to prevent vibration rumble through van.

The van was 13 and my guess was it was fitted when new but thats just a guess.

@@studiotwentyfive Thank you Sir. I am thinking about getting gone of these Rhino racks so I am interested in potential longevity. Perhaps I shall wipe it over with an oily rag once a year or so. Kind regards.
