I was at this Richmond race live in person we sat by the checkered flag and Bowyer spinning right in front of our section. I was suspicious because no one was close to him to spin him out.

It's like when Kwasniewski was pulled from the East Series straight to the Xfinity Series. It doesn't matter how good a potential prospect is in the lower series'. Make them climb each rung of the ladder and don't have them skip one. If RCR made Skinner do the Xfinity Series before his rookie Cup season in 1997, Skinner would've done a lot better in a Cup car. That's a problem we have in NASCAR today. Drivers are being rushed up too quickly. The only exception is Josh Berry. Who came from late models straight to the Xfinity Series. Completely skipping the East/West Series, ARCA Menards Series and the Truck Series.

The moment Brett starts to accuse another team of cheating in that race that wasn’t Penske or MWR is when he lost public trust. There is no documented evidence of JJ wrecking on purpose in that race to help JG. He’s defending his driver (Bowyer) for that time frame & he is shifting blame with a driver he had beef with the year before (Gordon).
And the most obvious suspicious thing the Hendrick guys seemed to do all night was Jeff's crew disconnecting the trackbar chain or what ever it was entirely. I realize that racing in the cup series is on a totally different then racing late models at ur local short tracks but.....10 or 12 years ago I was lucky enough to have gotten to be the spotter for my cousin while he was racing late models up here in Canada (even won our share of races and back to back championshis). We started using code words for different things after acouple of his racing buddies admitted that they listened to our radio a couple times and they knew some things we had done. The conversation to come up with code words was between driver and spotter so u can't tell me u had no idea.
I hate how they all still lie about thisits been over 10 years, the organizations was killed from this. Nothing left to lose, we all assume the worst anyway. Someone needs to write a book.

Jeff finished second in the race and Newman punted someone out of the way to get in. Playoff system was a total bs game.
