    INGREDIENTS :-
    fresh Tomato - 30 kg.
    kaju kani - 3kg.
    akha kashmiri chilli -1 kg
    Masala :-
    Oil- 2 lt.
    Tomato Puri - 2 tn.
    kitchan King - 300 gm.
    dhani pawder - 200 gm.
    chilli powder -300 gm.
    gram masala powder - 200 gm.
    jeera powder-200
    sugar - 300 gm.
    salt sawad anusaar
    water - 2 cup
    Akha Masala :-
    dal chini - 20 gm.
    jayfal -10 gm.
    kali mirch - 20gm
    green elachi - 20gm.
    badi elachi - 10 gm.
    tej pata -10-20 pic.
    green sof -100 gm.
    long - 10 gm.
    Gravy Banane ka process :-
    tomato ko ache cutting kar ke uske sof or dej pata dal ke Kam se Kam apko 1 hr ache se vboild karna hai
    uske bad apko kaju kani or kashmiri chilli ko bhi boiled karna hai apko 1 hr.
    uske bad mein aapko grinder ke madad se ekadam Barik pest banana hai teen ke alag alag
    uske bad apko
    ek bad sa handi me oil add karna hai 2 lt.
    uske bad apko pura akha gram masala add kar lena hai fir apko usme chilli pest add kar ke 10-20 minutes Tak apko rost karna hai fir apko
    kaju kani gravy usme apko add karna hai or 10-20 minutes Tak uske boiled karna hai or
    finally apko tomato pest apko pura add kar dena hai or achhe se mix kar ke Kam se Kam apko 2 hr. boiled karne ke liye fast Gus par boiled karna hai or apka pura gravy ready ho jayega oky
