They still have ps5 support right? And ps4 is getting to be a pretty old console at this point. Also you can still play it on ps4 (if you've already got the game there) up through to next January I believe, as well as support for transitioning your save profile data onto another platform or ps5 I'm pretty sure

OGs would remember a time when we used to have Fenix as a crest active before it was removed from the game. Having this revive effect as an ultimate ability for this reworked Zinx kit is a pretty cool direction to go with!
Zinx was my 3rd main in the old Paragon.
I do miss her old ult allowing me to be a massive tank that has potential to do dmg. The trade of was really fun for me as it felt very resource management heavy with mana manipulation.
Looooved the old kit. Like the new one.

Super cool kit! It's nice that you kept her semi viable as DPS mage for her original mains but also made her an excellent enchantress support. We really need those! :)
Oh my... You really slayed with this hero. At first, when I saw a thumbnail, I was sad to hear we're not getting a new support (Zinx was a ranged tank for mid/solo in Paragon), but I got positively surprised with her rework! After all, she's a medic, so it totally makes sense that she can heal allies in Pred. I'm in LOVE, thank you devs! 🥰🤩
Blind praise. Would be nice if people notice how lazy the rework actually is. Her abilities are no longer aesthetically appealing and are very fast and give little satisfaction. U will see how dirty they did her, pure lazy.
@icedragon9498 Well, from what I've seen so far her abilities look good. They've completely changed 3 of her abilities in comparison to her Paragon version, so I wouldn't call it a lazy rework either.

They changed 3 off her abilities including her ult. She's not even the same hero. She was the only ranged tank in the game. Very unique. And the the only tank I ever had interested in playing. Rip zinx.

@@NobleVagabond2552I disagree she was amazing in paragon and could tank entire teams. I have vids of it. And paired with old phase she was insane. But came out at the tail end and many didn't use her. But she was vert strong as a tank with good dmg. I'll see how she feels now but it sucks she's not the same
@NobleVagabond2552 I agree but they didn't have to change her so much. Especially to support. I'm not super fond of support tbh. Kinda sucks. Plus her abilities aren't as aesthetically appealing like how bad medicine used to be. Just feels like I lost one of my favorites wich sucks

I'll still play her reworked but personally gonna miss her mana tank ult with sacrificial link combo, was so fun linking to enemy heroes and chasing them down until link killed them lol

@@icedragon9498can't be a downgrade if her utility now fits a different role. She's very different and in terms of the game, refreshing when it comes to how you play with her. She looks very fun and as someone who can do everything but has the least fun as support, she's gonna make supporting fun

I'm glad that she looks to be a very aggressive support that can still be a damage dealer if you want to solo.
A seriously brilliant rework. I was absolutely dreading the addition of Zinx and Wukong especially, but after seeing what you guys have done here I have a lot of faith in your ability to rework the awful kits of certain Paragon heroes into actually healthy MOBA characters.
I think it was way back when Twinblast dropped I had commented “Omeda has made every character into the absolute best version of themselves” and that statement has held true for every single hero that has dropped since, whether those people with the rose tinted contact lenses inserted into the eyeballs want to acknowledge it or not
Bad rework tbh. From the only ranged tank in the game that could get kills and had so much survivability. To a healing support with very quick lazy abilities that aren't nearly as aesthetically appealing as they once was. Bad medicine got a very lazy rework and looks awful compared to how it used to look. They clearly put no love into her.

They could make sevarog a lil strong but yea pretty good balance otherwise

Not really. Players loved her but more basic players didn't enjoy her playstyle of slow auto attacks dealing dmg.
This rework tried to make it fun for everyone.
Missed the mark for me as I enjoyed her old Ult and her being a massive tank.
Aurora, Wukong, and Shinbi were the main 3 that people were having issues with balancing back in the day.
Not to mention how crazy Grux was before the game shut down. Crazy.
I'll still play her bc I love the rest of the kit and I play alot of Smite so her new ult isn't anything new to me.

When she was originally released, Paragon wasn't even good anymore. It was a glorified team deathmatch.
They have some of her kit to Terra so I knew they change her. But I’m interested. I do miss playing old zinx with O.P.D. Militia.
That flat line to heart beat is a pretty cool on screen effect for her ultimate.
A much needed support in my eyes it’s a good call after re watching the paragon release trailer for zinx I can really see the improvements

Absolutely love the Fenix rework into her ultimate. Perfect for a support. Her kit looks great, and she might finally be the hero to dethrone Dekker as top support

That shield thing was op, as someone who knew to build her well in monolith, I’d win almost every match with her with 15+ kills
if you built her right in paragon she was completely unkillable with her ult up

As someone who mained Zynx in Paragon ( when she was hated as a bad pick ). This got me so effing hyped ! I had a feeling Zynx was gonna be next. I’m so glad I saved all my Amber ( 25K so far ). Her kit rework is PERFECTION ! You guys did a phenomenal job with her new kit. Super excited to play her. I’m a support main so Zynx being offensive support now as opposed to Offlane or Mid while still retaining her DOT is AMAZING 🥰🥰😭😭🙌🙌
So she's not a tank anymore and now a support? Think I preferred her old kit, but that's just me. This is still good for those can appreciate the change.

Welp, guess I just have to accept that only one of my favorite characters made it into pred mostly unscathed (Wraith). Loved Zinx in Paragon and this is a completely different character. She'll probably be strong, but I will not be playing her generic healer kit when she should be a tank. Incredibly disappointed. My expectations are now on the floor for Yin, the last of my favorites yet to be added.

Wraith was awful, his new kit is actually balanced. The simple move of his ultimate is way better. Im sorry to agree your taste was problematic. The end of Paragon's lifespan was riddled woth ridiculous hero kits.
@@Spriktor Oh no, I completely agree. I love Wraith in pred, he's a blast to play. Back it up on a basic ability was fucked up, correct. But the way they reworked his kit kept his gameplay identity. I play him basically the same as I did in Paragon, just a bit more aggressive since his Q gives his RMB resets, which makes him way more engaging to play. This is literally a different character with Zinx's character model and animations. That's my problem. 1 single, solitary ability was kept, and I do agree with the change to decreasing the stun on subsequent targets instead of increasing like in Paragon. Carpet? Gone. Toggle auto empowerment? Reduced to a passive component of another ability. Dirty Healing? Gone.
The act of reworking Paragon kits isn't my issue, that game had some stupid shit. My problem is with shit like this. Apart from ricochet, this is unrecognizable as Zinx beyond visuals. This isn't Paragon, I get it, but when they say "every Paragon hero will return", I think it's reasonable to expect them to keep the play style in tact, or at least keep the role the same. But they didn't. They made an entirely different character, gave it ricochet and said "look guys, it's Zinx!" No the fuck it isn't. It's something entirely different using her body as a skin suit.
That's my rant. Can't wait for Yin to be a frontline tank and Wukong to be a midlane mage. Honestly wouldn't be surprised if either of those actually happened

Bit dissappinted of the kit change, i can see the ult change being fine but really forcing the support role w the strict heal ability kinda sucks. I think an ability similiar to grims toggle couldve been nice that granted the DoT dmg autos again and maybe some AoE health regen coukdve been cooler

this the first legacy kit rework that im not really feeling. i think bad medicine is a boring mediocre ability and I really liked her old line charge ability. even her disk stun looks kinda worse. res is cool I guess but just feels like your making people happy after removing fenix. her old trade mana for durability gameplay is gone and thats kinda sad.

creo que tiene mas sentido a nivel jugable y el juego necesitaba si o si un support a distancia sólido con curación e instastun, solo espero que si sale el rey mono siga siendo el splitpusher que era ahora que han hecho limpieza de muros invisibles.

I do dislike not having her old kits Ult.
I was a huge fan of the old Zynx bc of my ability to hard dive a tower if they weren't ready for me.
So in that regard I'm disappointed. I'll still enjoy her alot but not being an offlaner feels odd to a returning player.
